"I have been a customer here for a while Romy & Katherine were great. Today I called to cancel neither of them were available. Spoke w/ Zoey she was very rude and over talking me when I asked why am I being charged more for renters insurance when I already paid in full. Her attitude & customer service was very poor ! She also falsified information in the system that I would be contacted tomorrow we never discussed a call tomorrow. I specifically ask for the staff I’ve worked w/ before to avoid bad customer service like I received from Zoey. I was so irritated I came to the Westheimer location to address the issue. She is not at this location but Humble. Fast forward spoke to JC in the office, customer service was great same as I usually receive by Romy! I appreciate his kindness, patience and understanding.
