"8 years we have been with this agent for commercial vehicle insurance. We have had two small accidents in the last two years. Today we got the notice they are cancelling us. Neither occurrence resulted in damage to company vehicles. We were afforded no appeal process just "good luck in finding new insurance & maybe we'll take you back in six months". No thanks State Farm and Travis."

"Houston, the decision to cancel the policy came from State Farm Corporate underwriting and we did everything we could. Unfortunately, these decisions are sometimes out of the agent's control. Thank you for being a customer of ours for so long, and I am very sorry for the situation."
