It didn’t matter if my only availability was 10 minutes between meetings or nine o'clock at night, she put in that WORK for me. Ms. Lilly is wholeheartedly committed to her clients, and I have been blown away by her willingness to find the perfect quote. I researched other companies, but none came close to the rates she provided. Comparing numbers was confusing at first, but she patiently clarified every question I had and ensured I understood each step before moving forward. At no point did I feel my time was undervalued or that I was being rushed into signing paperwork I did not understand. Now, let’s talk numbers. I was previously paying $350+ with another company for no roadside assistance, a sky-high deductible, and subpar customer service. With Lilly and State Farm on my side, I now have roadside coverage and peace of mind if an unforeseen accident occurs.
